Job Description
Preparation & Monitoring of area business plan for the respective area/state.
Assigning & monitoring of Targets to BDEs.
Give or guide the Team Member in giving demos/presentation to the Customer.
Prepare or Guide the Team Member while presenting the proposals to the Customers.
Ensures that the SRS document related to any business order gets signed-off from the Customer.
Ensures that the Work Order/Contract/Purchase Order for any business deal is got signed by the
Customers.
Ensures that the Work Order/Contract/Purchase Order is in line with the Company Norms.
Hold regular review points/meetings with Customer related to Product/Project/Services.
Identify critical integration opportunities and integration mechanisms (viz. checklists, standard
operating procedures, performance standards, etc.)
Conduct kick-off meetings immediately after getting a business order to identify the accountable
workforce for the particular project for the supply and execution and document the same by sending
a project plan and hierarchy to the customer as well as to the staff concerned.
Liaison with the Purchase Team & Technical Support team to achieve a quality product/project in
time.
Ensures quality Project/Product Delivery & Deployment in time.
Ensures he & his Team Members are trained in the Usage of Product/Project/skills which are required
for Business Development
Conducts regular after sales meetings & ensures Customer satisfaction
Help the BD Team to negotiate & close the contracts.
Furnishing of various marketing reports to Regional Marketing Manager.
Daily activity reports to Area Sales Manager.
Controlling Of Marketing Expenses
Promotion Policies
Accounts Receivable
